Must Haves

5+ years

hands‑on experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering roles.

Advanced

Power BI

skills (DAX, star schema modeling, governance, dataflows, incremental refresh).

Strong

SQL

(Intermediate–Advanced) for data extraction and transformation.

Day to day In this role, you will acquire and integrate data from multiple sources, including Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, SAP, ServiceNow, and APIs, while designing and executing complex data transformations and modeling with full traceability. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive, tactical, and operational reporting, implement and validate KPIs, and ensure all metric definitions and documentation are accurate. A key part of the job involves automating workflows using Python, Power Automate, or MS365 tools to reduce manual effort, applying QA validation checks, and maintaining governance standards such as cutoff dates and version control. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Finance, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve data issues, provide periodic updates and data quality reports, and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
