Job Description Infosys is seeking a

Deskside Support Analyst (EUC)

who has experience in troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues and providing advance onsite IT support for end‑user devices and infrastructure, including hands‑on assistance in data center environments. The role ensures high availability of IT services through proactive maintenance, incident resolution, and collaboration with global IT teams. The incumbent maintains and monitors end‑user workstations and productivity, performs maintenance, software installs, and break‑fix support to enable end‑users to accomplish their work. The position works closely with various teams to provide input on new functionality, system performance, and capacity management.

Required Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Reno, NV or be willing to relocate to the area. Travel in the US may be required.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Three years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.

At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

At least 2 years of experience supporting EUC devices in an IT Infrastructure function.

Hands‑and‑Feet support for Data Center (Physical Servers, Compute, application, storage, backup, network devices).

Hands‑on experience with reboot, console connection for remote access, cable/SFP removal/insert, cable replacement, server mounting/movement, racking/stacking, etc.

Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop computers, printers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.

Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets, and support mobile phones and non‑PC equipment such as scanners and printers.

Provide executive support for clients/vendors to resolve technical issues and manage audio‑visual, conferencing, and related technologies.

Hands‑on experience with L1 level network troubleshooting and resolution for LAN connectivity.

Knowledge of Office 365 support, DHCP, DNS, and typical desktop applications (Outlook, MS Teams, Skype, SharePoint, MS Office).

Support recurring meetings, events, and after‑hours activities as required.

Strictly adhere to defined SLOs and document incidents, problems, and resolutions for the knowledge base.
