Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns
Assist with tax planning and advisory services for clients
Collaborate with managers and partners on client engagements
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Identify opportunities for client growth and process improvements

Qualifications
CPA certification or active pursuit preferred

Competitive base salary ($100K–$115K) + Busy Season Bonus
3 weeks PTO + Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
CPE paid and CPA exam support
