SAP HRIS Project Manager
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions
Location:
Salt Lake City, Utah
Start:
Late January – First of February (6‑month initial contract with potential to extend up to 2 years)
Target Pay:
$70–$80 per hour
Work Setting:
Onsite at the Utah facility, minimum 3 days per week (5‑day schedule, longer days possible). Hunter‑gatherer mentality required during first 6 months.
Job Description Lead discovery phase of a multi‑year SAP HRIS project. Work with business unit leaders, gather requirements, build timelines, allocate resources, and ramp software development and release activities. Collaborate with business analysts, program managers, software architects, and other team members (primarily based in Utah).
Responsibilities
Manage project schedule, deliverables, and risk throughout discovery and early implementation phases.
Collect and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align project goals and resource plans.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication artifacts.
Facilitate meetings, including design reviews and progress checkpoints.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational governance.
Required Skills & Experience
7 + years of SAP technical project management with HRIS experience.
Proven experience with SAP HR modules: SuccessFactors, Time Keeping, Portfolios, Employee Central, Hire to Retire, Benefits, Workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Working knowledge of project‑management methodologies and tools.
Bonus / Soft Skills
Hunter‑gatherer mindset.
Proactive initiative and self‑motivation.
Experience leading or participating in strategic meetings.
Certifications such as PMP or CSM preferred.
