Responsibilities
Develop scalable, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
Manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery of business consulting and systems development.
Design comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs by gathering and analyzing information.
Hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
Lead and manage team members effectively.
Rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Work independently and be a self-starter.
Continuously study new technologies and functionalities, pushing the capabilities of existing technologies.
Experience
Large Salesforce engagements as a Solution Architect/Technical Architect.
Implemented end‑to‑end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Performs pre‑sales activities: proposals, scope estimation, and support.
Transforms business requirements into Salesforce functional and technical requirements.
Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
Conducts workshops during project discovery, prepares solution design documents, and collaborates with development teams.
Designs and develops integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
Experience with AppExchange products.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Wave Cloud.
Proficiency in Agile and other project management methods.
Job Requirements
12+ years of software/CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.
Salesforce certifications in functional and technical areas.
Application development and integration experience using multiple design patterns.
Functional understanding of various cloud products such as Sales, Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.
Critical and analytical thinking skills.
Highly productive independently and in team environments.
Capable of multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
Effective communication across diverse audiences and settings.
