KREWE
Senior Director, Systems Integration
Join to apply for the Senior Director, Systems Integration role at KREWE.
We are an independent, high‑fashion eyewear brand rooted in the vibrant culture and boundless creativity of New Orleans, now operating out of both New Orleans and New York City. Since our launch in 2013, KREWE has grown into a dynamic brand celebrated for its distinctive, handcrafted sun and optical frames that reflect a deep commitment to quality, individuality, and design.
We are looking for a Senior Director, Systems Integration to own KREWE’s enterprise systems roadmap execution and integration layer as the business scales. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this leader ensures our core platforms (ERP, WMS/OMS, POS, CRM, PLM, finance/accounting, and BI) work together seamlessly, reliably, and in a way that supports a fast, accurate omni‑channel customer experience. The Sr. Director is the technical and programmatic driver of systems implementation, adoption, data integrity, and measurable ROI, partnering across Operations, Retail, E‑Commerce, Wholesale, Product, and Finance. This role is based in our New Orleans or NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day leadership of the enterprise systems roadmap across ERP, WMS/OMS, POS, CRM/sales tools, PLM, finance/accounting, and data/BI, translating operational strategy into scalable system capabilities.
Lead implementations, upgrades, and migrations (NetSuite preferred) in transaction‑heavy environments, driving on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Design and maintain integration architecture for omni‑channel order flows including DTC e‑commerce, retail, wholesale, BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, store‑to‑home, EDI, and 3PL connectivity.
Establish and enforce master data management (MDM) standards, data governance, and documentation to ensure accuracy and a true single source of truth.
Partner with functional owners to define requirements, map processes, and redesign workflows for system enablement.
Lead change management for systems adoption: SOPs, training, help‑desk enablement, and communication plans to ensure usage sticks.
Manage external vendors, integrators, and technology partners; negotiate scopes, SLAs, cost controls, and performance outcomes.
Ensure operational controls in systems: audit trails, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
8–12+ years leading enterprise systems and integrations for consumer, retail, or omni‑channel DTC brands.
Proven ownership of ERP (NetSuite preferred), WMS/OMS, POS, CRM, PLM, and finance tools with a track record of successful implementations/migrations and adoption outcomes.
Strong understanding of omni‑channel order lifecycles and the technical integrations that enable them (EDI, 3PL, APIs, middleware/iPaaS).
Deep data orientation: MDM, data integrity, KPI design, and BI enablement; SQL and modern BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) strongly preferred.
Ability to translate business requirements into system designs and clear, executable workstreams.
Strong communicator who can align executives, functional leaders, and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
