Corpay is looking to hire a Revenue Analyst within our Financial Planning & Analysis division. This position falls under our NA American Fuel line of business and is located in ... In this role, the person will be in charge of financial planning & analysis, including variance analysis, short‑term/long‑term forecasting and budgeting. The individual will structure and analyze complex and diverse financial, business and customer data to drive business insights and optimize product pricing and revenue model. The candidate will also work with cross‑functional teams to identify and execute actionable revenue improvement initiatives and business strategies. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, complex environment, be a strong collaborator, and be recognized for building credibility, commitment, and energy within the team and with business leaders. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics and regularly collaborate with your team and departments.

Role Responsibilities
Monitor business and financial performance on a regular basis, explain variance from a business perspective, lead the financial planning process including short‑term and strategic long‑term business planning
Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis for LOB/division including monthly variance analysis, rolling forecast, and budget
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis around various business subject matters, provide valuable data‑driven insight to facilitate business decision‑making
Identify business model improvement opportunities and actionable initiatives through robust analytics, work independently and within the team to implement the initiatives
Develop critical business KPI reports to provide insights to business leaders to stay on top of business trends and manage any risks and upsides
Develop financial models to drive decisions on acquisition of new product/partner and advise on new customer pricing, utilize statistical analysis tools to predict customer and market trend to adapt business strategy accordingly
Play a central role in both the analytical and technical aspects, and the engagement and communication aspects of revenue analytics to ensure businesses and management receive analytical support
Leverage large amounts of data to solve business issues and support various functional teams with business intelligence
Qualifications & Skills
0–3 years of experience in an analytic role, preferably in financial services
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts succinctly and effectively
Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; able to break down broad objectives into tactical goals and communicate effectively to the team
Ability to analyze data and translate analysis into specific, targeted action to drive results; proficiency working with complex and large volumes of data
Proficiency in business analytics and tools including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; Tableau, Alteryx a plus
Self‑motivated with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize work for self and direct reports, flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate, and ability to adapt toward tight deadlines in a fast‑paced, complex work environment
Ability to define, implement and improve processes, quickly grasp business issues and develop the best solution
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and with little supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness and ability to learn
Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields strongly preferred), Master’s degree preferred
