to lead Beluga’s commercial success with key national accounts.

This executive leader will manage top‑tier on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, and drive brand performance at a national level, ensuring Beluga Vodka maintains its dominance in the luxury spirits category.

Role Overview As the

National Accounts Director , you will be responsible for full commercial leadership across Beluga Vodka’s national account portfolio, including premium retailers, luxury hospitality chains, and strategic distributor partners. Your core priorities include:

Priority #1 – Leading national account strategy and execution

across top‑tier on‑premise and off‑premise accounts to maximize visibility, volume, and brand equity.

Priority #2 – Managing key distributor relationships

to ensure alignment on forecasting, execution, pricing, and promotional programs across the national account landscape.

Priority #3 – Driving data‑informed decision‑making

through insights, reporting, and KPI tracking to optimize commercial performance.

This is a senior, strategic role requiring deep experience in national account management, premium spirits, and multi‑channel commercial execution. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Noblewood USA.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across national accounts, including premium retailers, on‑premise chains, luxury hotels, and VIP partners.

Ensure brand visibility, menu placement, and activation opportunities are optimized for influence and volume.

Identify new national account opportunities and lead strategic expansion initiatives.

Partner with national distributors to ensure alignment on forecasting, pricing, promotional programs, and execution standards.

Conduct regular business reviews, set annual plans, and strengthen Beluga’s influence across distributor networks.

Monitor inventory, sales performance, and execution metrics to proactively address market gaps or risks.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and commercial operations teams to ensure seamless execution of national account programs.

Lead cross‑functional initiatives, including new product launches, VIP activations, and promotional campaigns.

Data, Reporting & KPI Accountability

Oversee all national account KPIs, including sales volume, distribution, and brand visibility.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting through company CRM and analytics platforms.

Use data‑driven insights to refine strategy, improve execution, and anticipate market trends.

Brand Leadership & Visibility

Drive consistent premium execution across all national accounts.

Represent Beluga Vodka at industry events, tastings, and VIP activations to elevate brand presence.

Maintain relationships with key executives in national retailers, hospitality groups, and strategic accounts.

Required Skills / Experience

7–10+ years of experience in national account management or multi‑state sales leadership within spirits, wine, or FMCG.

Proven success managing high‑value accounts and strategic distributor relationships.

Strong understanding of premium and super‑premium spirits channels, including retail, on‑premise, and hospitality.

Demonstrated ability to develop commercial strategies, execute national account plans, and achieve growth targets.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage complex operations across multiple accounts and channels.

Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel nationally for account visits, events, and strategic meetings.
