Oversight of mechanical scopes including HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, sheet metal, and piping systems.

Building strong, trusted relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and field teams.

Managing buyout, contract negotiations, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and financial forecasting.

Partnering with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction.

Mentoring project engineers and assistant PMs, helping shape the future leadership of the company.

Acting as a key contributor during pursuit, design‑assist, and design‑build opportunities.

Deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems installation.

Strong leadership capabilities—able to direct teams, build alignment, and maintain accountability.

Proven financial management skills, including forecasting, cost control, and schedule performance.
