Ice Cream IT Regional Associate Director – North America Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Job Purpose: As the IT Regional Manager for Ice Cream North America (US, Canada, B&J), you will play a strategic leadership role overseeing the digital and technology agenda across the region. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, providing direction, governance, and oversight to ensure digital capabilities, systems, and processes across markets evolve in line with long‑term business objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive consistency, capability development, and technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the regional IT strategy for Ice Cream North America, ensuring alignment with the global digital roadmap and business transformation priorities.

Drive governance, standards, and operational excellence across the technology ecosystem, ensuring compliance, reliability, and scalability.

Partner with business and global IT teams to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth enabled by digital technologies.

Manage the regional portfolio of initiatives, ensuring value delivery, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes.

Foster continuous improvement of digital capabilities supporting end‑to‑end value chains, from demand planning and manufacturing to customer experience and commercial execution.

Oversee performance, security, and compliance of enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring adherence to IT policies, risk controls, and business continuity principles.

Strengthen relationships with global platform owners, vendors, and strategic partners to secure technology enablement and delivery excellence.

Build regional capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and cross‑country collaboration, ensuring teams are future‑ready and aligned with emerging technology trends.

Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and service levels, ensuring effective execution of the IT operating model.

Provide clear, executive‑level communication and reporting to senior leadership, translating technical insights into strategic business value.

What You Need to Succeed

Expertise in IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.

High capability to translate business needs into technology‑driven value creation.

Proficiency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are an advantage.

Additional Information Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.

Local conditions apply to the position.

Compensation Pay range: $141,680 to $212,520.

Bonus: Bonus eligible.

LTI: LTI eligible.
