and driving continued e‑commerce growth.
Position Overview We’re looking for an E‑Commerce Shopify Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our online store. You’ll oversee everything from backend configuration to product listings and promotions — ensuring smooth daily operations and a top‑tier customer experience.
This is a hands‑on, in‑office role for someone passionate about Shopify, digital merchandising, and e‑commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities Shopify Platform Management
Manage backend operations and settings for Shopify Plus.
Create and manage discounts, bundles, and promotions.
Troubleshoot technical and operational platform issues.
Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams for smooth execution.
Product & Content Management
Upload and organize products, variants, and pricing.
Optimize product titles, SEO, descriptions, and tags.
Ensure clean site navigation and accurate product categorization.
Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight
Maintain accurate inventory levels in Shopify.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to avoid overselling.
Manage syncing tools or integrations for real‑time stock accuracy.
Analytics & Performance
Track KPIs: sales, conversions, traffic, and return rates.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify improvement opportunities to boost sales and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with Shopify Plus updates, apps, and tools.
Recommend new features and workflow optimizations.
Support digital marketing initiatives and seasonal launches.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
4 years managing Shopify or Shopify Plus stores.
Deep knowledge of Shopify backend operations.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for product uploads and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in food, retail, or consumer goods e‑commerce.
Familiarity with Shopify apps, automation tools, and integrations.
Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and basic analytics.
Walmart, Amazon, or other marketplaces: a plus
