Position Summary
We are hiring
licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
to provide remote therapy sessions to children from the comfort of their own homes. As a Virtual Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve the functional abilities and overall well‑being of each child in our care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approaches
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals
Provide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted California license in your respective discipline (OT, PT, or SLP)
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience (clinical, school-based, or early intervention preferred)
Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Passionate about working with children and families
• Please note that this position will begin with limited hours, typically between 4 and 8 hours per week, with the potential for gradual increases as our patient base grows.
