As Director of Sales, you will own national sales strategy and execution while initially focusing on the Greater Midwest region. You will personally develop key accounts, build dealer and distribution programs, and begin building and leading a high‑performance sales team to expand into new geographic markets.

Demonstrated success executing pull‑through sales strategies via dealers and distributors by leveraging architect, developer, and general contractor relationships.
Experience designing, launching, and scaling dealer or distribution programs that produced measurable revenue growth.
Track record of team‑building and cultural leadership, hiring and developing sales professionals.
Selling sales leader capable of personal business development while leading other sales professionals with a hunter mentality.
History of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through both individual contribution and team results.
Strong working knowledge of multifamily construction, including developers, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market opportunity into executable regional and national growth plans.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
