Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $120.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies that support long‑term business objectives.
Advise the CEO and executive leadership on key financial decisions and risk management.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range modeling initiatives.
Oversee core financial operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, and tax compliance.
Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting for management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
CPA license required for this role.
At least 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 3+ years in a CFO or VP Finance position.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on oversight of financial operations.
Qualifications
Expertise in GAAP compliance, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities for influencing senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing complex financial structures and large‑scale budgets.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
