Job Summary As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll partner closely with leadership to drive financial clarity, support strategic decision‑making, and influence performance measurement across the organization. This role is ideal for a sharp, motivated analyst seeking deeper ownership, broader visibility, and a clear path to future leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models that guide decisions on revenue growth, cost structure, capital allocation, and long‑term planning
Analyze and interpret financial data, distilling key insights and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Build a scalable financial framework that enables P&L owners to identify growth opportunities and optimize investments
Lead portions of the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and cross‑functional alignment
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to deliver weekly and monthly management reporting packages
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis capabilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hands‑on experience with Anaplan strongly preferred
