We are seeking a committed and dynamic Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Hospitality & Tourism who shares our passion for student success, applied learning and impact scholarship. Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Create inclusive learning resources. Supervise projects and dissertations. Contribute to continuous curriculum enhancement and support students’ development. Play an active role in research and enterprise activity, contributing to knowledge generation, consultancy, publications and industry collaboration. (Senior Lecturer level) Provide academic leadership, support curriculum design, lead modules or programmes, generate external partnerships and advance student employability initiatives. Qualifications

Expertise in Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management or a closely related field. Strong experience of teaching, learning design or practice-based instruction. Ability to create inclusive, engaging and applied learning experiences. Skill in supervising research or consultancy projects at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. Collaborative, student-centred approach with strong pastoral and academic support skills. Interest in producing impactful research outputs and contributing to knowledge transfer. Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to widening participation, diversity and inclusive education. A Master’s degree is required (PhD, Advanced HE Fellowship or relevant industry background especially welcome). You will thrive here if you enjoy
