The Strategic Development & Delivery team works with stakeholders across the institution in four portfolios: Insights & Decision Support, Strategy & Performance, Portfolio & Benefits, and Change & Improvement. About the Job
As an Institutional Modelling Manager, you will leverage data tools to provide high‑quality insight from institutional data, model UEL’s strategic plan, and support decision‑making. Maintain and develop the Business Planning Model—snapshots, forecasts, projections. Simulate business scenarios through data modelling to provide strategic options. Identify and exploit new data sources and software. Develop workflows for efficient analysis outputs. Employ data pipelines, automation, and integration methods. Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate strategy and align institutional ambitions. Conduct horizon scanning to identify opportunities and competitiveness. About You
Ideal candidates possess: Experience developing data models for institutional decision‑making. Technical aptitude in adapting, enhancing, and running data models. Proficiency with ETL software and SQL. Strategic thinking and innovative problem‑solving skills. Benefits Package
