We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Sustainability & ESG Product Team within Group Processes. The role will support sustainability-driven initiatives, including preparations for the upcoming CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) program, which will launch with a new vendor in early 2026. The Senior BA will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with regulatory, data and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements (user, functional, non-functional).

Lead requirement-gathering activities: workshops, interviews, process analysis, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria.

Create and maintain analytical documentation, including process models, conceptual/logical models, data dictionaries, business rules, and decision tables.

Collaborate with vendors during system implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives and integration requirements.

Support the full SDLC, working closely with developers, testers, architects, and product teams.

Facilitate and moderate workshops using techniques such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint and others.

Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring traceability, clarity, and consistency.

Contribute to planning, scoping, and estimation of project/release/sprint activities.

Anticipate risks and issues, propose solutions, and support decision-making through structured analysis.

Ensure alignment with UX best practices and collaborate with UX specialists on prototypes and wireframes.

Lead and mentor team members when needed and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

Handle multiple initiatives in parallel (2–3 projects).

Key Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with vendors and supporting system implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of SDLC (agile and waterfall) and requirements management practices.

Expertise in Business Analysis techniques and creation of analytical artifacts.

Practical experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and integrations.

Ability to structure and synthesize information, challenge requirements, and provide clear recommendations.

Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Experience facilitating complex workshops and guiding teams through discovery and design phases.

Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Fluent English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge or experience in sustainability/ESG topics is an advantage.
