Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager – Chicago – Contract
Base pay : $115.00/hr – $125.00/hr (pay range provided by Catch Resource Management). The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Location : Chicago, IL. Candidates must be locally based and are required to be US citizens or green card holders (no C2C).
Responsibilities
Help lead replacement of multiple legacy systems with D365 F&O.
Oversee 3rd party Project Managers, ensuring workstreams are performed as required.
Plan and organize the project by managing priorities, scope, and goals.
Coaching and guiding internal and external team members to complete project objectives.
Manage schedules, budgets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and delivery dates are clearly communicated and executed.
Prepare content for the contractual framework (SOWs, Change Orders) and take responsibility for execution of project deliverables as defined.
Monitor all aspects of the project, tracking day-to-day activities of internal/external teams.
Proactively monitor project risks and scope, identify potential problems and work with teams to find solutions.
Provide project status reporting to clients and internal management.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O software implementations.
Experience managing 3‑5 full life‑cycle implementations.
Proven client‑facing role and strong customer‑relationship skills.
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Autonomy and leadership.
Consulting experience.
Strong leadership, team‑building and motivational skills.
