Base pay range $17.75/yr – $22.54/yr

Responsibilities

Produce a wide variety of breads and laminated pastries from scratch, including croissants, sourdough, ciabatta, and more.

Complete all prep lists and assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Perform lot tracking and maintain accurate records.

Follow HACCP guidelines and conduct pre‑ and post‑production inspections.

Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation.

Qualifications

1+ years baking in a professional kitchen – commercial kitchen a plus.

Ability to work quickly and effectively while executing at a high level.

Basic Math and English skills.
