Responsibilities
Lead the overall daily operations of a reserve roasting facility – from receiving green coffee, managing inventories, troubleshooting equipment, supporting roasting and being a liaison to the retail partners.
Ensure workplace safety of all roastery partners – safety is your top responsibility.
Create and sustain a cohesive, positive, and respectful culture of excellence.

Qualifications
2+ years leading cross functional teams and/or projects.
3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in coffee roasting and packaging.
