What You Will Get To Do

Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts.

Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design.

Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure they are properly represented in the model.

Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).

Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.

Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration).

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

This position may be hired at the System Engineer or Principal Systems Engineer levels depending upon applicant qualifications.

Basic Qualifications (Level 2)

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience with bachelor’s degree, or 0 years of experience with master’s degree

Must be a US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years

Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

1 year of experience developing or reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool

1 year of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems

1 year of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities

1 year of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation

Basic Qualifications (Level 3)

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience with master’s degree, 1 year of experience with PhD

Must be a US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years

Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

2 years of experience developing or reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool

2 years of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems

2 years of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities

2 years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Understanding of the Systems Engineering V-Model

Experience in SysML or UPDM modeling languages

Proficiency with the DoDAF, UAF, or other modeling frameworks

Experience with scripting and coding languages such as Python

Experience with Agile Development

Experience with ICBM weapon system sustainment engineering and integration.

Salary Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $131,400.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $163,200.00
