Position Summary
The IT Project Manager will lead medium-to-large-scale technology initiatives within the Consumer Applications Department, managing projects across web, platform, and enterprise systems. This individual will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery following Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong collaboration across IT, product, and business teams — focusing on continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and driving alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned IT projects and enhancements for existing systems using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, track risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate project updates effectively to business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
Review business requirements, technical designs, and ensure proper QA planning and execution.
Oversee release and post-launch activities, including production support.
Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Architects to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Prepare and present project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/training) in
IT, Business, or related field .
3–5+ years of IT Project Management experience
within
customer-facing digital platforms
(websites, SaaS, eCommerce, or platform compliance).
Strong understanding of
Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies .
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Exceptional
communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation
skills.
Technical proficiency to understand complex business and system requirements.
Strong
PowerPoint
and presentation skills for executive reporting.
Ability to act as
Scrum Master
when necessary.
Desired Skills
Experience managing
consumer-facing digital products
with complex integrations and data flows.
Familiarity with
Jira ,
Confluence , and
Clarity
tools.
Salesforce
ecosystem experience preferred.
Background in the
automotive industry
or digital product development.
Understanding of
financial management and budget tracking
in project environments.
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
Stable work history with large enterprise organizations.
