Responsibilities
Lead the design and evolution of AI‑driven CRM and commercial architectures, focusing on Veeva Vault CRM/Vault Suite integration.
Drive the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance customer experience and field engagement.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure AI capabilities improve the commercial technology landscape, including omnichannel orchestration, call planning, and personalization.
Architect solutions utilizing AI for next‑best‑action recommendations, call planning optimization, sentiment analysis, and predictive insights.
Embed AI and automation into CRM workflows to streamline tasks, reduce admin burden, and enable high‑value customer interactions.
Partner with data science teams to operationalize AI/ML models within CRM for actionable insights to sales, medical, and marketing users.
Serve as a senior technology leader driving field productivity, optimizing HCP engagement, and maximizing customer impact through innovation.
