Base Pay Range $93,873 per year - $122,057 per year

Responsibilities

Create Analytical Dashboards and Reporting for Sales Strategy.

Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Sales Support, and Customer Activation to understand needs and create an analytic roadmap.

Determine viability of consolidating sales team reports into one uniform dashboard.

Investigate Power BI capabilities and propose dashboards appropriate for Sales Strategy.

Partner with Category Management Team for reporting in Circana to answer key Sales Strategy questions including Perfect Store reporting.

Build new item forecasts and provide analytical support for demand consensus meetings.

Partner on key initiatives for Sales Strategy Managers to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

Create analysis plans for CP events and gather feedback from Sales Teams; oversee CP management across Sales Strategy Managers.

Develop and publish multiple pricelists for company-wide and customer-facing publication.

Maintain the Customer Image Database for Sales Teams at national and exclusive customer standing; improve efficiency.

Facilitate electronic transfer of standardized product and location information between Ghirardelli and trading partners, ensuring continuous data synchronization.

Approve UPCs artwork for all proofs and final artwork, alert Creative when corrections are needed before final print.

Provide nutritional and kosher certificate information as requested by customers.

Serve as in‑office backup for Sales Sample Requests and processing.

Act as Subject Matter Expert on Salsify, DataSync, and GS1 Standards for Sales Strategy.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

5‑7 years of experience in a professional executive office environment.

Requirements

Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. schedule.

Strong analytical thinker with data interpretation skills.

Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of gathering data from Circana, Nielsen, and other key data suppliers.

Experience with 1WorldSync or similar Source Datapool system.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint).

Experience with Salsify or similar PIM system preferred.

Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Self‑starter with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Creative and flexible with project needs; ability to set priorities.

Ability to influence cross‑functionally without authority.

Effectively manage high‑pressure situations.

Ability to travel 2‑3 times a year.
