Responsibilities
Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Verify purchasing approvals and resolve invoice discrepancies
Communicate with vendors regarding billing, payments, and account issues
Maintain vendor documentation including W-9s for 1099 reporting
Reconcile company credit cards bi‑monthly; validate charges and receipts
Resolve credit card discrepancies and coordinate with cardholders
Assist with fixed asset and leasehold improvement accounting
Track and process employee reimbursements
Record journal entries for operating and disbursement accounts
Support expense, departmental, and regional financial analysis
Track budgets and prepare budget vs actual reporting
Assist with internal and external audits
Maintain accounting files, records, and correspondence
Provide general administrative support to the Accounting department
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred)
1–3 years of accounting or AP experience
Intermediate–advanced Excel skills
Experience with Sage is a plus
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
Strong communication skills
Must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Must pass TB test, background check, and DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
