Vice President, Hospitality Finance & Controller
SkyBridge Luxury & Associates have partnered with a Luxury Hotel in southern Florida to lead our luxury hotel collection.
Base pay range:
$235,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance evaluation across the hospitality portfolio.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated/property-level P&L analysis.
Direct daily hotel accounting operations including AR/AP, tax, cash, and inventory controls.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, tax regulations, and audit standards.
Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, capital calls, and inter-company transfers.
Produce and deliver reporting packages for ownership, lenders, and investors.
Optimize financial systems (Sun Systems, Opera, Micros, Oracle) and oversee system training.
Support capital planning, ROI analysis, and major renovation/repositioning projects.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data.
Lead and develop finance teams, instilling accountability, innovation, and scalability.
Manage investor reporting, financial onboarding for acquisitions, and franchise compliance.
