Schedule:
This position is a part of the Nursing Management Team and will regularly work weekdays with rotating on‑call and Manager on Duty. This position must be willing to work the floor as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated
Assisted Living Director (Non-Nurse)
to join our team! This position is responsible for the overall personal care services provided by the community staff to the residents of the community.
Responsibilities
Lead daily team huddles to review 24‑Hour Communication Logs and Resident Service Notes, ensuring prompt attention to resident changes and care needs.
Observe and recommend assessment if residents demonstrate a significant change in health or functional status.
Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
Support the implementation and adherence to Life Safety and emergency preparedness procedures.
Actively participate in QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) leadership meetings.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training department Team Members.
Provide coaching for department Team Members as appropriate.
Develop and lead training/programs for families as needed.
Monitor and assist with all the daily operations of the program including ordering of supplies, monitoring food expiration dates and kitchen cleanliness, monitoring completion of laundry services, environmental services.
Assist with meal service and snacks, followed by clean‑up as necessary.
Provide services to residents as indicated on Resident Service Plans which may include grooming/dressing guidance, assistance with bathing, and medication reminders/assistance.
Communicate and advocate with physicians and other health professionals regarding resident’s health status or needs.
Take part in the on‑call rotation for scheduling needs.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and/or designee.
