Base pay range $175,000 – $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Review general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
Coordinate audits and serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and advisors.
Ensure compliance with private equity reporting standards and lender requirements.
Provide accounting leadership for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence support, purchase accounting, and integration oversight.
Ensure consistent application of accounting standards across acquired entities.
Partner with IT to manage and optimize financial systems and ERP platforms.
Drive standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of accounting processes.
Lead, develop, and manage the accounting team.
Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, FP&A, and the private equity sponsor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred).
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
Prior experience in PE‑backed, multi‑entity, or complex corporate environments.
Strong technical accounting expertise and M&A experience.
Experience within IT, technology, or software organizations preferred.
