Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long‑term planning across multiple divisions, including marine construction, defense contracting, and engineering.
Oversee consolidated accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Partner with external accounting firms on year‑end processes, audits, and compliance.
Build reporting frameworks and ensure accurate job cost, project financials, and divisional performance metrics.
Collaborate across departments and support leadership with clear financial guidance.

Qualifications
Strong background in federal regulations and DOD requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
Strong foundation in core accounting principles and hands‑on leadership.
Experience in multi‑division environments and creating consolidated financial statements.
Strategic thinker who executes tactically within a collaborative culture.
