The Senior Analyst, Demand Management position is a professional role that supports various customers and tasks on commercial and military engine programs within the Pratt & Whitney Military Engines business portfolio of the Engine Control System (ECS) business segment of Power and Controls.
Key responsibilities:
Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure demand flows accurately.
Ensure customer contractual requirements regarding demand and order execution are appropriately executed.
Participate as the demand owner/representative in sales and operations planning to enable demand‑supply balancing analysis.
Maintain data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying anomalies, and assisting in developing corrections.
Consult with functional teams such as master scheduling, program office, operations, finance, business development, and product development to obtain relevant data and insights on demand.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration to influence demand in the supply chain and prioritize order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation.
Lead Demand Analytics through leading indicators of forecast accuracy and bias to improve On Time Delivery and inventory.
Provide clear recommendations to upper‑level management on future trends and demands.
Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with all stakeholders.
Perform and/or direct day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a university degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
Qualifications We Prefer
SAP experience.
Excel experience.
Experience working with military products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical‑thinking skills to improve work products and solve problems.
