Responsibilities

Define and execute the North‑America sales strategy that is fully aligned with corporate revenue goals, brand positioning and long‑term market expansion plans. Translate strategy into an integrated annual sales & marketing plan, lead its implementation and hold the team accountable for delivering measurable results. Build, coach and inspire a high‑performing regional team to identify, qualify and win new customers, driving rapid share gain across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Own the regional P&L; monitor pipeline, forecast accuracy and key KPIs to ensure revenue, margin and volume targets are met or exceeded. Remove road‑blocks quickly and institutionalize lessons learned. Maintain expert‑level knowledge of the electronic test & measurement (T&M) industry—applications, technology road‑maps, competitor playbooks and pricing dynamics. Position the company’s solutions clearly and provide data‑driven recommendations to HQ on product roadmap, pricing and go‑to‑market tactics. Manage the full talent life‑cycle: recruiting, territory design, objective setting, performance reviews, coaching and succession planning. Create a culture of accountability, continuous learning and healthy ambition. Act as the “voice of North‑America” to headquarters (Product, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure policies, supply‑chain priorities and marketing programs meet local market needs. Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2. ≥ 10 years B2B sales experience in electronics‑related industries plus ≥ 5 years leading a regional sales team of 10+ people; clear track record of exceeding ambitious quotas. 3. Demonstrated success opening a North‑American branch or regional sales office preferred. 4. Proven experience selling industrial products with average deal sizes around USD 15 k through both direct and distribution channels. 5. Hands‑on experience designing international channel policies, selecting distributors/reps, negotiating contracts and driving policy deployment. 6. Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, driven by data, willing to experiment, reflect and iterate. Personally accountable for outcomes and ready to operate outside the comfort zone.
