Position Overview This is a full-time leadership position with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity for those local to Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the entire sales organization, managing both inbound and outbound sales operations.

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives to optimize growth and operational efficiency.

Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting accuracy across CRM and analytics platforms.

Conduct regular audits of lead cadence, call activity, and deal quality to ensure performance consistency and operational excellence.

Manage and refine sales enablement programs and tools, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.ai.

Design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs in collaboration with HR leadership, leveraging Google Classroom/LMS.

Oversee recruiting, hiring, and talent development for all sales roles.

Foster strong crossdepartmental relationships with Marketing and Customer Success teams to enhance lead generation, conversion, and client retention.

Manage sales payroll, expense tracking, and performance incentive programs.

Provide regular insights to leadership based on sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Support sales reps on calls and participate in trade shows and quarterly team visits.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.

Proven success managing high-volume digital sales teams in SaaS, ORM, or digital marketing environments.

Strong understanding of CRM systems (Zoho preferred), analytics tools, and sales performance reporting.

Ability to design and execute structured training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, motivational style.

Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with lead distribution systems, pipeline management, and full-funnel optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
