Senior AR Analyst

Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst – Up to $27 per hour Our client, a leading distributor, is hiring a Senior AR Analyst to manage accounts receivable and collections processes. This role reports to the Collections Manager and is responsible for cash application, resolving lockbox exceptions, initiating AR adjustments, managing collections, and supporting internal controls. 100% onsite.

Base pay range : $50,000.00/yr - $56,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Process and validate accounting and business transactions.

Apply and reconcile cash receipts, manage exceptions, and support AR adjustments.

Handle collections, credit requests, and customer inquiries professionally.

Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of AR/Collections experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Windows-based AR systems.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
