Responsibilities
Analyze job failures on DataStage application & Unix server.
Code migrations.
User creation & assignment of roles.
Work with IBM Support for tool related issues.
Unlock jobs/sessions.
Good understanding of Shell scripts & Python code.
Control-M Responsibilities
Take action for failures (kill, force‑complete, hold, etc.).
Configure SAP & Unix jobs.
Calendar updates, workload policy creations, installing/upgrading Control‑M agents.
Work on PagerDuty configurations.
Gentran Responsibilities
Understanding of maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts.
Analyze custom Java programs.
Configure/debug stored procedures on MS SQL.
Must‑have Skills
8+ years experience with IBM DataStage.
Good understanding of Unix servers, shell scripts, cron jobs & relational databases.
Working experience in Python programming.
Creating and debugging shell scripts.
Good understanding of Snowflake platform.
