National Account Manager – Commercial Foodservice, Texas We are seeking a National Account Manager to develop profitable sales with key restaurant accounts in Texas across the Unilever Food Solutions product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Partner with current UFS operators to grow via new SKUs/categories – Penetration.

Build strong relationships with multiple points of contact within restaurant chains to promote Unilever Food Solution’s products and solutions.

Create and implement Joint Business Planning (JBP) and/or targeting plans with the Top 200 US National accounts within the individual portfolio.

Maintain business level with current portfolio, focusing on margin improvement via pricing, basket, and program support.

Identify key risks, both short and long term, within customer plans.

Fully execute the UFS Annual Operating Plan (IBP) supporting strategic choices.

Lead innovation launch via national account targeting and sampling processes.

Strategically target and execute new business prospects with restaurant account operators to expand reach (CTM – Customer Targeting Model).

Keep up to date on industry trends in foodservice.

Demonstrate effective interpersonal and organizational skills.

Track and achieve KPIs: incremental sales aligned to annual operating plan driven by new business wins and innovation launch; annual/quarterly execution targets; specific operator account acquisition targets; personal development goals; local plan execution aligned to strategy.

Maintain highly active market presence, including participation in in‑person industry events representing UFS as a solution provider.

Educate operator accounts on Unilever products and marketing tools.

Plan and execute full activity in CRM (Salesforce.com).

Execute resource‑led ideation sessions to support KPI targets (culinary and marketing).

Adhere to code of business principles (CBP), contract management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and industry data platforms.

Requirements

+7 years sales experience in large account management within foodservice.

Branded executional experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Must be based in Texas.

Pay The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Compensation decisions consider a range of factors including skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, qualifications, education, and business needs.

Bonus This position is bonus eligible.

Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) This position is LTI eligible.
