As a Telesales Representative you’ll handle outbound and inbound calls, build relationships, and communicate the value of our services. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients. Present My Senior Health Plan’s services professionally and build rapport with leads. Create and update client profiles in our CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents. Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets. Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics. Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines. Requirements

3+ years of experience in inside sales. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Job stability and tenure in previous roles. Excellent phone presence and communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. Experience with auto‑dialers. Strong interest in the insurance industry. Working Conditions

Stationary role operating a computer and office equipment. Light lifting up to 25 lbs. Office environment with occasional movement; remote work may be negotiated if candidate lives 50+ miles away. Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:30am‑5:15pm. Why Join Us
