Key Responsibilities

Build a long‑term pipeline strategy for new logos and account expansion.

Consistently meet or exceed revenue and quota targets.

Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.

Identify, target and engage leaders in prospect accounts, cultivating a network of decision‑makers.

Scope, negotiate and close agreements to meet revenue goals.

Leverage partners and internal Okta teams (xDRs, Presales, Customer Success, etc.) to identify and open opportunities.

Travel as required to build and maintain customer and prospect relationships.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.

Proven experience evangelizing, educating and closing deals with CTOs, Product, Engineering and Architecture stakeholders.

Strong technical discovery skills that resonate with developers and technical audiences.

Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.

Self‑driven with humility for cross‑functional teamwork.

Experience with a sales framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler (MEDDPICC preferred).

Compensation Annual On‑Target-Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $260,000 – $390,000 USD. Actual OTE, inclusive of base salary and incentive, varies by skills, experience, and location.
