Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will oversee HVAC-related projects from inception to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with team members, prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring quality outcomes. The role also involves expediting materials and resources, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and handling customer communications to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management and Expediting.
Proficiency in Expeditor tasks and Logistics Management for efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
Capability to conduct inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL; familiarity with the HVAC industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.
