Compensation: $250,000–$430,000 (depending on experience) + full benefits + bonuses

We’re looking for an associate with hands on experience in Environmental Litigation, ideally civil matters at the federal level who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful work. This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into technical regulatory frameworks, navigating agency enforcement strategies, and thinking creatively about how to apply environmental and administrative law in real-world contexts.
You’ll have direct contact with clients, manage projects independently, and be trusted to run with challenging assignments while knowing you have a strong, collaborative team behind you.
What We’re Looking For
Law school graduate from 2018–2022
Experience with federal environmental litigation (civil preferred)
Experience of Mass Tort
Background in government-side enforcement (e.g., DOJ, EPA, or similar experience)
Ability to analyze complex regulatory schemes and enforcement approachesStrong research, writing, and judgment
A self‑starter who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
