Job Description The Data Analyst will analyze and interpret complex datasets to help NDi make informed business decisions. The analyst will gather data from multiple departments, perform detailed analysis, and generate comprehensive reports. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders are required.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Position is remote but may require occasional onsite meetings in McLean, VA.

Acceptable remote states: AZ, DC, FL, GA, OH, ME, MD, SC, TX, UT, VA, NC, OK, WV.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

At least 4 years of experience in data analysis or related role.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.

Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a government contracting environment.

Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.

Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management: Gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring integrity and accuracy; maintain and update databases.

Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; apply statistical techniques and software tools.

Reporting and Visualization: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations; ensure clarity and actionable recommendations.

Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements; assist in data governance and best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends; seek opportunities to improve data processes.

Compliance and Security: Ensure privacy and internal policy compliance; implement data security measures.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,115 - $108,640 per year.
