Join Our Leadership Team We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic
Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead our nursing department. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care while fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Bring
Current Illinois RN license in good standing
At least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in Long-Term Care
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of nursing best practices, healthcare regulations, HR management, and quality assurance
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure excellence in resident care
Lead and inspire nursing staff in alignment with facility policies and state regulations
Promote a compassionate, resident-centered care environment
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
Coordinate staff assignments and ensure adequate shift coverage
Maintain accurate records for admissions, transfers, and resident updates
Receive and transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly
Support compliance initiatives and assist with surveys or inspections
Champion continuous quality improvement and staff development
