Travel MRI Technologist – Supplemental Health Care (Albany, NY)
Pay: $1,969 per week
Contract length: 13 weeks, possible extension
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans
Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting technical issues
Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality
Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Registered with ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT
Experience with Phillips MRI Systems
Current state license (if applicable)
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years recent MRI tech experience in a hospital or imaging center
Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient care skills
Contract Details
Pay: $1,782 – $1,969 per week
Setting: Hospital
Schedule: 12‑hour shifts (nights), 36 hours per week
