What You Will Do
Work with Field, Marketing, Finance, and GHT Leadership to develop growth strategies aligned with division priorities.
Support global corporate account strategies across regions.
Accelerate sales through negotiations of multi-year partnerships and strategic alliance agreements with key global, national, and strategic accounts.
Develop, implement, and manage sales and promotional programs worldwide in collaboration with Marketing Teams.
Lead pursuit of highly visible, progressive, and profitable enterprise accounts strategic to Ecolab’s future.
Execute effective presentations and executive summaries communicating key deliverables to internal teams and senior leadership.
Location Information
Flexible, but near a major U.S. airport (Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; or other U.S. Western Region locations).
50% overnight travel required; may include international travel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences.
12 years of industry sales experience, preferably in water treatment or specialty chemicals.
Corporate-account or key account sales and management background.

Preferred Qualifications
15 years of consultative sales experience.
Existing relationships/direct experience within customer base.
Experience working with global customers across Ecolab regions.
Demonstrated success leading corporate account teams in large account management strategies with executive-level development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
Historic track record of over-delivery on performance objectives.
Compensation The base salary for this position is $154,600–$232,000, with eligibility for annual bonus and long‑term incentives.
