hands‑on, highly organized, technical leader
to oversee a portfolio of
office and retail assets
in the Seattle market. This role requires strong operational expertise, financial management skills, and proven leadership in commercial real estate. If you’re a leader who is engaged, visible, and hands‑on. You enjoy walking properties, mentoring teams, solving operational challenges, and partnering with tenants. You take pride in delivering well‑run buildings and exceptional tenant experiences. This position is for you! Key Responsibilities
Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting Prepare annual budgets, CAM reconciliations & variance reports Ensure accurate forecasting and expense management Property Operations & Maintenance
Oversee building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing Ensure operational excellence across all assets Tenant Relations & Lease Administration
Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive service Administer leases, tenant improvements & compliance Support tenant onboarding, renewals, and move‑outs Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts Ensure service compliance, safety standards & cost control Energy Management & Sustainability
Implement energy efficiency initiatives Maintain compliance with local sustainability regulations Oversee building safety, parking operations & emergency preparedness Ensure optimal building performance and tenant comfort Qualifications
5+ years’ experience
in commercial property management (office + retail) Strong understanding of
HVAC and building engineering systems Proven team leadership
and management experience Experience with
MRI
or similar property management software Strong
accounting and Excel
proficiency Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication, organization & problem‑solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities Seniority level
