About The Role As a CBRE Sr Property Manager, you will lead all aspects of a complex property or multi‑owner portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties. Oversee all marketing, operations and financial activities.

Salary range: $101,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, mentor team, oversee recruitment and hiring.

Respond to tenant needs, ensuring administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly; ensure services comply with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations.

Ensure periodic property inspections; recommend and approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary; contract for and supervise vendor services.

At owner’s discretion, market and lease the property, qualify and show spaces to prospective tenants, negotiate new leases and renewals; coordinate tenant move‑ins and move‑outs and conduct walk‑throughs.

Act as primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives are met; prepare and deliver timely, accurate, complete reports.

Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.

Collect rent and pay expenses in accordance with lease terms; prepare all required legal notices and recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.

Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.

Negotiate early terminations of leases; provide lease analysis for client review and approval.

Support property sales by overseeing due diligence and monitoring brokers.

Develop business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry, trade and civic organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Real Estate license if required by state.

Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience strongly preferred.

Ability to lead sensitive, complex communications and handle problems.

Leadership skills to motivate team to achieve operational targets across multiple areas.

In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Extensive organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.
