A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Creative Services Manager to guide its creative direction, strengthen its Masterbrand and sub‑brands, and ensure a consistent, meaningful, and community‑centered brand experience across all channels. As a key partner to marketing, communications, and clinical teams, you will oversee visual communications, marketing collateral, and brand standards that support patient engagement, community outreach, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the organization’s brand steward, developing and enforcing brand guidelines while managing all brand resources and visual standards.
Lead end‑to‑end creative services, including graphic design, video, photography, and digital content, to ensure alignment with mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the creation, production, and quality of marketing materials and patient education content across print, digital, social, email, signage, and events.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, freelancers, and internal partners to deliver high‑quality creative outputs that support campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Supervise and mentor creative staff while managing timelines, budgets, and project workflows for maximum efficiency.
Leverage and evaluate emerging AI tools to enhance creative processes, elevate branding, and strengthen engagement across digital and social platforms.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Fine Arts, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in creative services or brand management.
Skilled communicator with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office 365.
Strong project manager with experience handling multiple deadlines, budgets, and priorities.
Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by working cross‑functionally within a mission‑driven environment.
