Our GMs lead the store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development. Unlike most companies, we don't take a sink-or-swim approach to management – we have a multi‑week training program with experienced trainers.

Responsibilities
Lead store operations and drive performance goals.
Achieve sales, customer service, product quality and staff development targets.
Manage P&L, execute business plan and maintain product quality standards.
Coach and develop staff, including hiring seasonal workers.
Partner with community organizations to build relationships.
Ideal Candidate
A current General Manager from a retail or restaurant environment with a passion for hands‑on customer service.
Demonstrated growth in previous roles and strong knowledge of P&L management.
Experience executing a business plan and an unwavering commitment to product quality.
Strong desire to increase sales and build community relationships.
Excellent coaching skills and a proven track record of developing talent.

We value balance, are closed on Sundays, and managers typically work about 50 hours per week with minimal early mornings and late nights. Managers have full accountability of their store operations.
