Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Department Managers oversee specific areas such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People, managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory, etc.).
Guest Service Manager responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru.
Kitchen Manager responsibilities focus on delivering high–quality food, maintaining safety and cost controls, and training kitchen staff on new menu items.
People Manager responsibilities involve hiring qualified crew, providing training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizing and motivating staff.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Must be 18 years or older and exhibit flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
