Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers. Some managers also lead Departments.

Department responsibilities include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks; following up; and reporting results to the team and other managers.

Guest Service Department Manager: 2+ years of experience, ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions run well, staff are trained in service procedures, and Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.

Kitchen Department Manager: ensure delivery of high‑quality food quickly, food safety, controlled food costs, and training of kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate staff.

Prior managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Positive team player with a flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced environments, and at least 18 years of age.
